Booking a wedding requires a £150 non-refundable deposit, which secures the package and price of the video.
The remaining balance must be paid in full up to two week before the date of the Wedding
Payment by Cash, Cheque or Bank transfer only made Payable to ‘Pro-Mo Media Ltd ’
Current prices valid until December 2010
All DVDs will be delivered up to 12 weeks after the wedding but normally within 14 working days
All DVDs are copyright protected, and Wedding Videos West Midlands reserved the right to use any footage or photos in promotional material.
There is a very small chance that due to the many different forms and age of DVD equipment on the market that your DVD will ‘skip’ or not play correctly, all DVDs are tested on several different platforms prior to delivery, and Wedding Videos West Midlands cannot be held responsible for DVDs that don’t play correctly once tested, suggestions include trying playback on several different DVD devices and computers.
Editorial content is under complete control of Wedding Videos West Midlands, using a range of standard techniques, which include Colour Balance, Audio Balancing, Titles, Special Effects and DVD menu design as standard on all packages.
Unfortunately there is no guarantee that a camera will not fail, so all our equipment is serviced tested frequently, however in the unfortunate event of a breakdown during filming our liability to loss is limited to re-filming the event or a refund paid by discretion
A travel surcharge of 40p per mile applies if more than a 40-mile radius from Post code CV1.
By booking/sending a deposit you agree to all the above terms and charges.
Once a wedding is paid for in full there will be no refund avalible if the event is canceled for any reason.
